Why do middle east countries not believe in sex ed at school?

I just read that it mostly happens in America and some parts of Europe, but not in the Middle East. How do they expect the kids to learn their “stuff”?

Middle East countries are conservative societies and because it is forbidden in Islam to have sex before marriage. All teenagers under the legal age of marriage that is 18 don’t have sex. But this doesn’t mean that sex is not studied “scientifically” in science class. Don’t believe that teenagers know nothing about sex, they know all about it and how their body works except of knowing it by ed they learn it scientifically.
