My buddy used his tmobile its local call or vonage work as well little cheaper than the military phone with any service other places other places they are plenty of phones available in country and may be cheaper make sure you can see through the cheapest route other than those here.

Good question. I thought only satellite phones worked. My husband wanted to buy one but they are crazy expensive.
