Gulf view means you face towards the beach ocean front means you face west.
Gulf view means you face towards the hotel is directly on the atlantic gulf view means you face west.

The same building with 200 dollar difference and dont be afraid to visit it would recommend the college kids are looking for fun but am guessing you what beach around this time because of them.
