What have private contractors accomplished in Iraq with so much US govt money?

      They were able to build a business model prototype that successfully shows how corporations can profitn during war and famine. All that is needed is a friendly administration.

      They have built a complete road system with hundreds of miles of great freeways and overpasses. And many beautiful buildings that could last 100 years..
