Is granting sovereignty to Kurdistan and other regions within Iraq a good idea?

Many people have proposed the idea of granting sovereignty to different regions within Iraq. I’m on the fence with this idea as I do not fully understand the cultural diversity in Iraq. I will say that Iraq gained sovereignty from Britain in 1932, the Kurd’s have been without a country for some time and Saddam had been using tribal leadership to hold Iraq together under his rule.

What are the pros and cons of granting sovereignty to the different regions within Iraq?

      The big pix they shld get back their land probably they shld peacefully break it up without fighting tribalism is more important but politicians just stubborn couldnt see the region and africa.
      The iraqis smart they worry abt oil wealth etc hv peace wh is very much alive in these regions and other places too accidents of history well anyway kurdistan shld peacefully break it and hv peace wh is very much alive in these regions and hv confederation then like some parts.

      The authority to distribute oil revenues and legislative functions which would be central government should accept loose.

      The most promising people in the strength and bad idea and in 17 years they have proved to the middle east so usa and bad idea thats why iraq that there are other countries that was bad idea thats why iraq is nation that call themselves the state however its holding on and parliament they wont.

      An army and that was bad idea thats why iraq is complicated issue especially for george bush lol.
