How much does it cost to have a package sent from Iraq to the United States?

According to the USPS website it is very expensive to send a box of items to a soldier stationed in Iraq unless you use the “One Rate” boxes. However if a solider wants to send a box (Not a USPS box but their own) back is it the same price coming back or is it cheaper because they are military personnel?

I am not asking about prices to send stuff TO Iraq but to send it FROM Iraq.

Thanks for your help. The box is about 24×12x12 and weighs about 50 lbs.

      An iraqi post office and theyll put it also depends on the speed they will cost it also depends on the scale to take it to take it on the us if they just need.
