		<description>Don't make any difference. Request to go active and submit to S1 for a reclassifaction of MOS and S3 will set him up for training in another MOS.  Then depending on the MOS, S2 will have to get his security right, and S4  will have to reissue his gear, upon finall orders from S1.

Basically, type a letter to the commander he is assigned to now, and request it. I did it.  He might want to try to get a cook, medic, or mechanic MOS.  Or I was S2/S3 that ok too.</description>
