      An internet service provider that supports satellite.

      The satilite dish is tv only.

      to tell you the truth i have never hurd* of some one useing thare own dish and the satellite ISPs that do use thim 1. cost at lest 120$ 2. the dishs are vary sensitive with thare posion*. try geting a satalite cell phone and call a isp like your useing a landline and try geting dial up with that
